Download ShadowEars for desktop
The desktop app records everyone on the call — even when you’re on AirPods — by capturing the meeting’s audio directly, not through a microphone. Your Mac or PC does the recording; nothing runs on our servers until you upload.

Current desktop version: 0.1.13. The app updates itself — you can also check from inside it any time.
macOS and Windows are both ready. The Mac build is signed & notarized by Apple, so it opens without a warning. On Windows, first launch may show a SmartScreen prompt — click More info → Run anyway. Prefer not to install? Mac and Windows users can also record straight from the browser — no account needed to start.
On Android, prefer not to use the Play Store? Download the APK directly to sideload. It's built from the same release as the Play version.
Getting started

Install and open ShadowEars
Sign in with your ShadowEars account (or create one free from the app).

Grant Screen Recording & Microphone
The app asks once for permission to capture the meeting’s audio and your microphone. Approve both in your system’s Privacy & Security settings.

Hit record when your meeting starts
Everyone on the call is captured and transcribed — Zoom, Meet, Teams, anything with audio.
